MovStars ("MovStars", "we", "us") operates the MovStars talent platform, where creators upload and share their own original videos. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using MovStars you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — the email address and password you provide when you register, and a display name.
• Content you upload — the videos you submit, their titles, descriptions, categories, and thumbnails.
• Activity — uploads, reports you file, and users you block, used to operate and moderate the service.
• Technical data — basic device and log information (such as app version and request logs) needed to run and secure the service.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To publish your approved videos and show the talent feed to other users.
• To review uploads before they go public and to act on reports and blocks (content moderation).
• To maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the service.

3. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. Content you choose to publish (your approved videos, display name, and titles) is visible to other users by design. We may share limited data with infrastructure providers that host the service strictly to operate it, and we may disclose information where required by law.

4. Content moderation

Every upload is reviewed before it appears publicly. Users can report content or block other users. We review reports and remove content that violates our Terms of Use — including any third-party copyrighted material — and may suspend accounts that break the rules.

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep your account and content while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all uploaded content directly inside the app at any time: open My Account → Delete Account and confirm. Deletion is immediate and removes your account, your videos, and your associated data; this cannot be undone. If you prefer, you may also email support@movstars.media. We may retain limited records only where required to comply with law.

6. Children

MovStars is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including hashed passwords and authenticated access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account information, and request a copy of your data. You can delete your account and all its data yourself at any time from My Account → Delete Account inside the app, or by contacting us at the address below.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above.
